Montessori Adventure Schools, Inc., a
non-profit corporation was founded in 1977 by Emily R. Forslin to provide
children of the Fox Cities with the benefits of its first authentic
Montessori program. Mrs. Forslin is not only an experienced primary
Montessori (A.M.S.) teacher but also initially a Montessori parent. This is
the second center she has founded.
This school receives no federal subsidy or teaches any religious beliefs but welcomes all families regardless of race, religion, or national origin. Staff attend Montessori workshops and observations of other schools. They also receive periodic evaluations by Montessori evaluators.
Our beautiful one-acre campus is carefully designed to stimulate children's growth in all areas: social, physical and intellectual. Learning can be fun - even irresistible - when teachers are affirming, the environment is welcoming and the approach is Montessori.
